Catavio Launching in Ecuador

Cartavio has been launched in Quito Ecuador, with a Big Launching Event and several promotional activities.
Giselle Sara Cartavio Brand Manager and Jorge Irribarren Cartavio Global Ambassador, arrived directly from Peru for hosting the event and represent the product.

Cartavio Technical Presentations in Spain

Cartavio rum from Peru has been launched with several technical presentations.
Important restaurants as La Lumbre del Casique in La Moraleja or Nikkei in the downtown, were selected by the Cartavio managers for the presentations.
The history of the brand, the technical support, Tastings and marriages with special dishes has been presented by the Cartavio Global Ambassador Jorge Irribarren, who arrives from Peru to share his knowledge.

Marriage-Dinner in Madrid

At the famous Peruvian-Spanish fusion restaurant in Madrid, well known as “La Gorda” (barrio “La Latina”), Jorge Irribarren, Cartavio Global Ambassador, designed and presented a wonderful dinner-marriage with Cartavio run.
Important gastronomes, sommeliers and specialized journalists, had the opportunity to experiment 3 dishes in marriage with 3 types of rums:

• Cartavio white in a Passion Fruit cocktail with a “Passion Fruit Ceviche”;
  Cartavio Solera chilled with a “Arroz con Pato al ron”;

And Cartavio XO with a chocolate dessert.

The owner, Carmen Delgado (La Gorda) said: “This is my first time doing a marriage with rum, but it is definitely gorgeous!”
