Marriage-Dinner in Madrid

At the famous Peruvian-Spanish fusion restaurant in Madrid, well known as “La Gorda” (barrio “La Latina”), Jorge Irribarren, Cartavio Global Ambassador, designed and presented a wonderful dinner-marriage with Cartavio run.
Important gastronomes, sommeliers and specialized journalists, had the opportunity to experiment 3 dishes in marriage with 3 types of rums:


  • Cartavio white in a Passion Fruit cocktail with a “Passion Fruit Ceviche”;
    Cartavio Solera chilled with a “Arroz con Pato al ron”;


And Cartavio XO with a chocolate dessert.


The owner, Carmen Delgado (La Gorda) said: “This is my first time doing a marriage with rum, but it is definitely gorgeous!”
